                           Oftalmologista Takashi Hida vem de uma família tradicional de oftalmologistas. Seu pai Milton Massato Hida oftalmologista, professor Titular aposentado, foi live-docente, fundador e chefe do departamento de oftalmologia da Universidade Estadual de São Paulo (UNESP). Admiração pelo pai fez o longo da vida, sempre ter paixão pela medicina e principalmente pela oftalmologia.
